Experiment #1.11:
Dumpsterdive Canning Workshop

A workshop that will  start up a small manufacturing process. The idea is to set up a 'low-tech canning factory' that will process leftover food from different sources and put it in metal cans.

The workshop will contain: scavenging food, developing recipes, processing, canning and designing labels.
The workshop is facilitated by Will van Twuijver.

Food will be provided but it's also good if people will bring their own leftovers. A donation of roughly 10€ would be appreciated to cover materials costs, if you enjoy the workshop!

REMINDER: For those of you who are joining the workshop tomorrow: please bring something you would like to preserve for a time of need. It can be anything you want: from your favorite comfort food, to a love letter, to warm socks. You name it, (yes) we can it!
