Open Day has been cool but a lot of people would like to come outside of the regular hours. Additionally, having only 2 or 3 people with keys creates an administrative burden.

Proposal: expand Open Day to be Open Time, which will take over all times at Temporary when other experiments are not scheduled. Trusted Temporary users will be able to enter the space any time they would like via their ID cards, and while there, maintain the open space for new and first-time visitors.

Participants will be able to check in and receive 10T as before, once per day or every 24 hours, whatever seems to make the most sense.

Eventually, Temporary will hopefully be a 24/7 space with Open Time administered in a decentralised fashion.
